Loving and Respecting Yourself


Become more loving towards yourself. When you do this, you will attract the kind of energy that is higher and begin to change what is inside you. With your thoughts you can cultivate your inner voice and attitude that's 100 per cent for you. Try to schedule a time in the day where the only thought is only supporting and loving you. Sooner or later you will gradually see this attitude extend to other people. You only need to do this a minute or so a day. You will begin to receive this energy back to you. Notice when you start to feel anger, hatred, guilt or ridicule and change that thought that very moment! If you are unable to change the thought, then at least love yourself for what did do-that is, for noticing.
